Anthropologie Vanessa Virginia Persian Rose Patchwork Tassel Dress XS

Anthropologie /anthro vanessa virginia size xs style name: persian rose dress patchwork style florals tassels on the sleeves red / cream / blue flaw- some damage to the hem as pictured, this dress was hemmed to be shorter, when i was seam ripping the hem job, the hem accidentally tore a little, not super noticeable. also a very very small run in the fabric shown in the last pic
