craftcraze @phoebeleith1976 Hi, thank you so much for visiting my closet and for your like and question. The waist & length measurements are above ☝️(waist is 3rd photo). The fabric has some stretch to it. I would definitely pull above the hips , and wear it like the traditional way...the waist band should be on the waist line my opinion. I hope that helps, but please let me know if you need additional measurements or information about it!

phoebeleith1976 The fabric blend seemed to likely have enough stretch for me but this is where I feel unsure. If I'm wearing jeans and then pull it up over my hips, would that be okay do you think? I wear a 33" waist in jeans and am almost 70 years old. Thanks.

craftcraze @phoebeleith1976 Hi there, I understand your concern because I’m 5’9” and I wear jeans 33”or 34”inseam too. I just wanted to be more accurate so I tried the skirt on and I pulled over my hips (about 4” above my hips and 2” above my belly button). The length of the skirt was reaching my knees so for me that was a good length but definitely not too short.
