Anthropologie Teal Jersey Dress

Vintage?? Probably? I bought it probably in the early 2000s Very heavy jersey dress that has two ties at the waste that you can configure in a couple of ways. It's a cute dress but it's probably time to send it one to someone else. Size small but very forgiving.
