In excellent pre-owned condition - fabric has been washed and worn (item has been hand-washed by me and hung to dry!), but no stains or holes! Only note is that the hemline ties were very fuzzy and tangled, so I did trim an inch off the ends and re-knot the bottoms so that they'd look better (shown in photo).
