Anthropologie (THML) smocked blue peplum top, flutter sleeves, size M

Absolutely beautiful top from the brand THML (at Anthropologie). In great condition and really flattering. Perfect for a summer work top! Reposhed this item I purchased from @acgreen224. Absolutely loved it but sadly it is slightly too big. I'm a 6 and say this would be best suited to an 8 or 10 depending on desired fit. Questions? Leave a comment below!
