New without tags. This is a stunning dress and such a beautiful shade of green! This dress makes a showstopping entrance in this bell-sleeved tunic, where sequined embellishments catch light in all the right places. There is one flaw...see last pic. On the back right sleeve near the cuff where a small section is missing about 10 (in two different rows) sequins. This is not noticeable nor does it compromise the look of this dress.
