New With Tags Size 0 This flirty skirt by Hutch for Anthropologie is a voluminous bubble style. The dramatic mini skirt has a black band at the waist with a fixed bow in the center. It has a hidden zipper back. The dress is pleated to give it its bubble shape. The fabric is made from 100% polyester. The skirt was too small for the dress form so it is shown unzipped. The last picture shows it zips and that the zipper works. Measurements Laying Flat: Length 16 1/4” Waist (no stretch) 12.5”
