NWT w/ a few flaws. Although this is a brand new garment, there are a three flaws. 1.) There is a dark mark at the left front about 1/2 down the romper. 2.)There is a run in the fabric at the left shoulder front, 3.) and at the left shoulder back. See last 3 photos.
