Skirt starts out with a black velvet stretch waist and falls into a dark, navy blue and very light pink ombre fully pleaded midi skirt. The skirt measures approximately 32 inches in length and is lined to the knee. Unstretched waist measures approximately 15 inches and stretches to 19 and more. Excellent used condition with no callouts.
