Anthropologie Sachin + Babi Cocktail Dress Navy

Brand new but has no tags. This cocktail dress with it’s unique “cutout tassel fringe” will get you plenty of compliments at your next event. There is no size or fabric tag. The color is Navy. Please see pictures for approximate measurements. My best guess is that this dress is a size 2-4 (small) according to the size chart from the Sachin + Babi website (see last picture).
