Vintage 2009 Mise en Scène by Ruffian for Anthropologie beautiful Black quilted velvet jacket with slightly puffy shoulders. Size 0 or XXS. Silk pink and orange patterned lining. Open jacket/ no buttons or closure. Very cute just too small for my ladies and the sleeves are a little short for my arm length. Measurements below; Bust: 16in (hard to tell bc it’s open jacket) Length: 21in Sleeve length from armpit: 15in Sleeve length from shoulder: 21in
