coleenyork @camrya9 hey girl! Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you on your question, I was out of town so I didn't have the dress with me to look! The dress is 45% Viscose and 55% Rayon. It has a very soft lining and the overlay is the viscose I believe.

theragingmage How many inches across is the waistline?

coleenyork @theragingmage as you can see in the photo, it's not a traditional waistline. But the area under the flowers (which is what I would call the waistline in this dress) is about 33". I laid the dress flat to measure and got about 16.25, and then I doubled the measurement.
