Excellent condition, worn once. Ruching at chest, key-hole at back. Ribbon at waist with some stretch. Sheer polka dot overlay fabric, lined with soft cotton, not sheer. Dress was hand hemmed to be shorter length, raw hem of sheer fabric was like that at purchase. Fits like an XS/S.
