Anthropologie Polka Dot Blue Silk Vintage Style Short Sleeve Dress with Ruffles

This is a lovely blue silk dress with off white hexagonal shaped polka dots. Short sleeves with a flattering keyhole with ruffle detail, complete with a functioning button. This dress has a scoop neck, with self tie, and pearly buttons down the front to the elastic waist. A cascading ruffle down the entire front of the dress adds a nice vintage style touch. Dress has the original belt as well.  Measurements (flat, double for actual): Bust 20" Waist 13" at rest to 18" fully stretched Hips 22" max Length 38.5" Condition is excellent, appears unworn. No issues to note. She's ready to wear.
