Anthropologie Pleated Ruffle Blouse‎

Anthropologie Pleated Ruffled Blouse Size XS (measurements in photos) * Polyester * Button front * Machine wash * Imported Black, but to me it has a blue tint to it. There is a spot in the front of the shirt that seems to have some wear. I think this is from the shirt rubbing against pant or jean buttons. There is a spot on the back where the pleat has folded a bit off. Can be ironed out. See pic.
