Anthropologie Pilcro A-line Utility Button-Front Mini Skirt

Green high-waisted utility skirt with a coppery button-front design. Reasonable length, pockets and belt loops. Perfect for casual outings. The bottom has strings hanging that add to the ruggedness of it. They are not loose and mine came this way, just FYI. They can be trimmed by you if you desire.
