Anthropologie One September Blue Floral Top

I am the original owner of this. It was purchased from Anthropologie around 2006-2008 and is in great condition. I cut out the fabric tag, but I believe this is made of a soft rayon or viscose. This top features cute shirred detail at the shoulders, sleeves and bottom and a tie at the neck. It is a size “P” or XS, but please note the following measurements: Underarm width: 16” Total length: 20.5” Thank you!
