@biscuit26 Hi! Yes, PTP is 27 inches, and the length is 23 inches long approximately. There is no stretch on this. It's a heavy embroidered sweatshirt. Runs more like an XL, in my honest opinion. If you're an L, you can get away with it being oversized even though that isn't the intent.
