Anthropologie Navy and floral cocktail dress

Top part is navy lace and the bottom is a satin-y smooth floral print. High quality, bought at Anthropologie. Under the skirt there is a layer of tulle that gives it some shape. Straps are not adjustable. Very comfy. Oh, and pockets! I would not let this one go but my boobs don't fit :) Excellent condition.
