Anthropologie Moth Amba Fringe Open Front Sweater

Loose knit open front cardigan from moth/anthropologie. Pre loved condition. The right shoulder has a spot where the weave of the knit has loosened from being on a hanger - I haven’t tried but definitely think this can be fixed. There are two spots on the lower left where pieces came loose so they were pulled to the inside and tied off, but are not noticeable on the outside. See photos.
