Brand new with tags - these were never worn! Perfect condition, just have been hanging in my closet. They are size 0 but these run big, so can fit anywhere from a 0-6. The belt is removable and you can tie it tighter or looser. These are truly excellent quality; heavier weight, thick, nice hold you in fabric but comfortable and not stiff. A really gorgeous pant I wish I could keep if they were my size. My loss is your gain!
