Anthropologie Maeve Desiree Knit Midi Skirt NWT SIZ XL-1X

I am listing this one skirt as an XL or 1X. Technically it is a 1X, but the waistband is a bit stretchy but would also easily fit an XL as well. I honestly think the waistband is a bit tight for a 1X, unless you have a smaller waist. (Price Reflects) The actual skirt part is Very stretchy. Off-White in color. Please see my measurements above.
