A rare, hard to find plate from this series. I have never seen this particular plate in person before, and I’m thrilled to offer it up to a collector here (or to a plant mom or dad!) Collectible and sold out, this anthropologie letter F plate features a gorgeously designed and detailed illustration of two different varieties of ferns, in softly colored hues of green. Linea Carta means paper collection in Italian. Calligrapher and artist Diva Pyari collaborated with Anthropologie on this wonderful alphabet of plates. The designer was inspired by vintage flash cards she collected from antique stores on her world travels. Her lovely illustrations are spot on. The design is anchored by her masterful lettering, which here says “flourish” encouraging nurturing and growth in your garden and beyond. Back of plate mentions this plate is dishwasher and microwave safe, but many people choose to collect and display these lovelies. Plate has some slight bubbles underneath the glaze, the most prominent one hidden in the black veins of the fern to the right. See my photo, second to the last. The back of the plate has some residue from the price tag, but otherwise this is a perfect specimen to round out your collection.
