Anthropologie HD in Paris Off the Shoulder Appliqué Top

Anthropologie HD in Paris size small striped off the shoulder top with floral appliqué. 96% cotton and 4% spandex- so it has some stretch to it. Item is new with tags but there is a very tiny faint little spot- (circled in last photo) that looks like maybe someone who was trying it on got some make up rubbed on it or something.
