Laying flat and unstretched, this skirt measures approximately 11.5 inches across the waist. Please note that this skirt is very stretchy, hence the XS and S size range on the tag. From the top of the waistband to the bottom hem, this skirt measures approximately 20.5 inches. On the model, the bottom hem falls a bit above the knee. Please see photos for details. This is a pre-owned skirt. The inner size and brand tags show some wear, as seen in the photos. Additionally, there are small areas of pilling, some on the outside but most on the inside.
