Anthropologie Girls from Savoy tweed pleated skirt w/pockets NWOT lined

Really gorgeous black & white fleck wool blend tweed. Great front and back pleats, belt loops and cute back zip. Shorter flirty length. Never worn no flaws just brand runs small for size plz see measurements. Waist is 15” flat hips are almost 29” flat top to bottom 20” above knee flirty. More like 8 or 10 I think.
