Fully lined- the lining has a yellow crochet lace trim that can be seen through the skirt. No holes, tears. There’s a light spot at the waistband near the zipper (pic #6). The top of the zipper is missing the button (replaceable), pic #6. Waist measures about 13” across laid flat. Length measures about 18.5” long. (Q1-7)
