Anthropologie Floral Tunic Dress with Buttons (Size Small)

Never worn! Lovely tunic-style dress from Anthropologie by designer "Tiny." Floral embroidery and buttons down the front. 3/4 sleeves and a tie-waist. Very slight wear from it hanging up for a few years (e.g. frayed ends of the ties, as pictured).
