Gorgeous, flattering floral panel blouse. Very loose and swing-y. Criss-cross tie in the front. Material is gathered a bit under the bust. Butterfly sleeves with an extra panel of fabric under the arm to cover bra. The waist in the back is gathered, giving it a very flattering shape. Very light and airy. Only worn a few times.
