New With Tags Size XSP (runs large, measurements below) This gorgeous blouse by Flat White from Anthropologie is covered in shimmering silver sequins. The pretty Top is a lovely emerald green color. The waist is elastic so it always has the perfect flounced tucked in look. It has a keyhole notch with a faux pearl button on the back. The pretty fabric is 100% polyester.
