Hi- what is the measurement across the shoulder? Any stretch? What’s the fit?

Hello! The measurement from seam to seam across the shoulder is 17 inches - the length in the back (from neck to base) is 31 inches. There is minimal stretch, but the fit is/was comfortable. I would characterize it as "slightly loose"
