New With Tags Size 2 This vibrant midi skirt by Eva Franco is done in complimentary colors of red, blue & dark brown. The colorful skirt has a fitted silhouette with a flounced ruffled hem. The vertical stripes are flattering. The skirt has a hidden zipper closure. In the pictures with the skirt on the dress form, the dress form is wearing the skirt in a size 8.
