Take your jacket game up a notch with this fringed statement piece. Cotton, polyester, metallic Open front Underarm to Underarm measurement laid flat is approximately 20”. Underarm to bottom is approximately 14”. There is one place on bottom hem that has some black in the fringe. See picture. Some of the fuzzy things have pulls here and there. May have even come like that. See pictures. The brand/size tag at neck has been removed, but the brand is on the material content tag as pictured.
