A gorgeous double-layered midi skirt in a soft cotton-mix, from rising star of the fashion world, Dhruv Kapoor. The sheer tulle top layer (with a faint floral print to echo the base layer) floats airily on the jewel-rich colors of the base layer - a deep purply-blue background with vermilion, orangey-red flowers.
