Anthropologie Deletta Gauzy V-Neck Top with Distressed Edging in Black Size S. It almost looks like a wrap top with some ruching and little fabric rosettes on the side. It is not totally sheer but the fabric is light and gauze like. I’d say it’s true to size but there is some give in it.
