mfrost4 19 inches across; 13-14 down in length in front and 18-19 down in length in back, depending how I stretch it or if I just leave it flat laying down. Fabric is 100% rayon. It's supposed to be lose-ish fitting and it is slightly see through, so a white or nude tank would work well underneath. The sleeves roll up and can be buttoned half way. The color is lighter blue then the attached photos - I'll try and upload new ones.
