Anthropologie Burlapp dress black and gold sz S NWT/imp (read description)

NWT with imperfections (lowered price reflects this) Sz small with smaller bust No pockets Tiny amount of fraying on straps (due to nature of material and age) and one strap needs to be secured a little to the dress (pictured). I would attempt to do this but due to the delicate material I would entrust an actual seamstress to do it instead. Aside from that, no flaws.
