Anthropologie A'reve blouse with gold embroidery and bead peter pan collar

This blouse is amazing! The lined cream bodice has gold embroidered flowers all over with a zipper on the side. The collar has silver beading. This would look amazing with a black pencil skirt or pants and blazer.
