This is a pretty lacy smock dress made by Blu Tassel. A classic style with front & back gathered into a round yoke that closes with long tassels on a cord, long full sleeves, ruffle at the hem. It's a popover-style that fits easily over the head. Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws.
