Anthony Sicari Navy Floral Top & Skirt Set

Dolman sleeves on this knit top with floral appliques of fabric matching the double layered pleated elastic waist skirt. A matching scarf completes the look and can be used around your neck or to tie your hair back. I have included a picture of the only flaw, the manufacturer didn't quite catch the fabric when sewing on one of the flowers on the top. This was one of my exclusive boutique purchases when I was a Tupperware manager and dressed for success. No low balls, please!
