This spiral bound cookbook is in terrific shape for being 20 years old. 32nd anniversary Van Buren edition, from 2004. abigdealhere @bjanet The cookbook just says Van Buren but I found reference to the Popcorn Festival (mentioned in the foreword of the cookbook) in Van Buren, Indiana. It is also noted that some of the contributers who submitted the recipes are from Van Buren Indiana so I'm assuming it's from Indiana.
