This lovely skirt is in new condition with tags. It has an elastic waist, which allows it to fit a variety of sizes. The overskirt has lovely floral lace sequin detailing in silver and pink with a pink under skirt. Measurements are shown in photos, but it should fit oversized for a size large with an approximately 34 inch waist with elastic not stretched.
