Anne Fontaine "Latsy" Top

Amazing ruched and ruffled buttoned up top. I guess you can also use it as a vest, that's up to you. The wet look, makes you think it's leather, but it's not, super soft to the touch. French size 40 or 6, medium American size. Pre-owned, in great condition, but needs to get a wash. If you have any questions let me know.
