Definitely a plus size piece. No interior size tags. I am an XL and it is big for me. I would say, it fits a 2x or 3x. Tag says Carmen Eyelet Blouse-White 54CW. The sash is included. This was acquired from her home. A couple of tiny spots, please see pics.
