This is the very same poncho "pulled" by a stylist from "Seventeen" magazine and worn by Mila Kunis in the September 1999 issue. I do not know what kind of fabric it is made of, but know it comes from India and has a shiny, yet textured surface, a green velvet collar detail, and embroidered borders found by Anna in a downtown Los Angeles "jobber" shop. She was very good at mixing expensive and inexpensive elements in her creations. The poncho is part of an ensemble with gold skirt and pink skirt that can be found on the Anna H. Poshmark page. Anna wore the garment now and again, but it is, like most of her clothing in excellent condition for something almost 30 years old. The ensemble was sold exclusively at Henri Bendel's on 57th Street in New York City.
My wife Anna Huling, who died in 2024, designed a signature line out of Los Angeles from 1994 to 2004 and then designed lingerie for Honeydew Intimates and streetwear for Material Girl. These are Anna's designs, from her own closet. She was a Rock Star. http:www.instagram.com/annahulingdesigns
