Anna Huling Flamenco-Influenced "Flounce" Dress With Black Lace/Cream Satin Slip

Anna Huling, in Summer 2000, I took Anna Huling to Seville, Spain, where I had been living a few years before. As an artist and designer, she was much taken with the prevailing "Flamenco" aesthetic and returned to Los Angeles to create a series of garments reflecting this influence. She designed our wedding, which was also in flamenco stylings as well. This dress was a good seller, featured in Barney's New York. This particular garment was part of her personal wardrobe and got significant use. Measuring from the top of the shoulder strap to the back flounce hem gets me "53. From the same spot to the front flounce runs "43 to "46 (it's uneven). It closes in the back with a "10 zipper. The inseam is "15. CALL OUT: The back lining at the bottom has a small stain (see photo) that should come out with a dry cleaning, which should really bring this beauty to life. Good condition.
