Anna Huling Diaphonous Cream Voile Ruffled Shirt

Anna Huling crafted this delicate, Gothic, ruffled blouse in a slightly deconstructed style she associated with the "Rodarte" line, which she much admired. An extremely delicate, "distressed" garment, the button down blouse features three ruffles on either side of the placket, interspersed with two slightly darker shaded cream ribbons, affixed halfway down, and then cut free of the sewn fetters to flow (see video). "Spiderweb" strands of loose fabric slightly film the sheer piece, which has six pearl snap buttons on the placket and two more on each sleeve cuff. It runs "26 from the back collar to hem. with a "14.5 inseam, "23 sleeve. A gorgeous, one-of-a-kind artwork. My wife Anna Huling, who died in 2024, designed a signature line out of Los Angeles from 1994 to 2004 and then designed lingerie for Honeydew Intimates and streetwear for Material Girl.
