Anna Huling developed her signature ruffled blouse in different fabrics, colors, and style variations. This item is 100 % cotton voile w/Swiss Dot fabrication. The sleeve endings are slit with ruffles on the cut. The hem is rolled. The snap buttons are pearl. The inseam is "29. The sleeve length "24. From the top of the back collar to the hem is "26. Good condition. The ruffle blouse blew out of the studio for three straight years. My wife Anna Huling, who died in 2024, designed a signature line out of Los Angeles from 1994 to 2004 and then designed lingerie for Honeydew Intimates and streetwear for Material Girl.
