Anna rescued us on 12.3.24 when she moved to our home from the local shelter 🐾. We lost our 10 year old yorkie, Annie, in August, and we were just devasted. She was the love of our lives, and we needed a new pup to love. Our Anna has filled our home with joy and laughter again. We are so in love with her. ♥️🐾♥️🐾♥️🐾.

@myfurryfamily oh, I'm so sorry 💔, I cry every day 😢 about my Annie, it's better, but sneaks up on you and bam, tears.... Hugs to you! Our Anna -the shelter had named her Nana, and we thought it was too old lady sounding... and chose to shorten it to Anna in tribute to our lost Annie ❤️🐾- is such an awesome pup, and she is helping to heal our broken hearts.

@lettie2828 ❤️thank you, it's been so hard, Annie was just such an enormous part of our lives. We waited a while after losing her but couldn't stand how empty our house was without her. We were so lost. Rescue felt like the answer, it's so great to hear the pitter patter of paws, see the wag of a tail and the happiness to see you when you get home from work...our new girl is amazing and has rescued us as much as we did her❤️🐾

@mntntop4me we adopted her from a shelter, so we are unsure of her breed. I did google what havanese look like and she does look very similar, but she is bigger, she was 18 pounds when we adopted her, she was twenty at her last vet appointment.

@reneecole100 She is beautiful. Thank you...so is your baby! She looks like my Abigail alot! In the face! My Abigail was the biggest of her litter. she weighs 19 pounds, at 4 years old. I wanted a blond and curly girl. I got it! Her parents were 7, and 11 pounds.

OMG, Anna!!! Madam, did you steal that picture from my iPhoto album? Our dog Kugel looked just like that dog. I even had her sitting gorgeously among a display of pumpkins from several Octobers ago. Where’s is this angel from? I feel like she could be descended from our beloved, lost girl, who came up north from Kentucky in terrible shape, was rehabbed by a small rescue in Ohio and then my husband and I DROVE TO OHIO to adopt her and bring her home to Boston. We only had her three years.

@watcheshawks24 @watcheshawks24 It sounds like your Kugel was a very lucky dog to have you for her family! We found Anna at a local shelter, she and a travelling partner had been taken in by a woman in Massena NY, turns out my Anna was pregnant, the lady who took them in found homes for all but one of the pups, her landlord found out she had the three dogs and she was forced to surrender them. We feel very blessed to have her in our lives, she is a great dog!
