Ann Taylor flaw petite collar sleeveless button down white shirt dress size 2P

Flawed Ann Taylor dress. The dress has faint yellow marks not easily visible unless looked at closely. Some of the light blue , black and navy blue vertical lines below the waist are discolored from where I accidentally placed bleach on. Not sure if the discolored vertical lines can be fixed.
